The wait is nothing short of frustrating, but today I understood why. I understood why she can’t always see the patients and uses her PA’s; I understood all the behind the scenes complexities a doctor must contend with insurance companies on the patients behalf. I understood all this because Dr Nutis took the time to explain to a patient that had lost her patience. I wish I could see her every time I have to go, but I felt reassured when she said she is involved with every decision made for her patients. I would highly recommend this practice.
