Since i was injured in '98, when I'm skinny, I'm drug seeking, when I'm fat, i deserve it because I'm fat. I've lived in pain for 22 years. The ONLY doctor to talk to me and ask me what works was Dr. Smida-Negron. By the time I got home, I was pain free. Without ANY narcotics! I love her! The longest stretch pain free was because of her. Don't get me wrong, it's taken a lot of stretching, and exercise and time and understanding to get here. I've dragged my left leg since my 2012 surgery. I was guarding. So, my biggest challenge was to learn to walk properly. My left hip was completely locked. My left butt cheek was swollen 3x the size of the right. I had to learn what was good pain and bad pain and push through. Dr. Smida-Negron, gave the the jump start to get back on my feet. So, if you see 5his, THANK YOU!
