He's an excellent doctor but barely get to see HIM. I've seen his opthalmologist & not impressed. It seems I'm rushed thru the exam, (i.e.'better here or here. Was laughed at when I said I want to see street signs in the distance BEFORE I get right on them. The reply was, "Oh, you're one of those that wants to see into eternity. The "ofc manager" says we owe for my husband's cataract surgery 2 yrs ago. We paid it before each surgery because THEY WOULDN'T DO SURGERY UNTIL THE $325 WAS PAID! She cannot seem to get that. They want to schedule me but they won't schedule my husband until this money is paid. We have been seen for exams since 2 yrs ago & this issue has NEVER been brought up. She said, "Well if I had been there, it would've been brought up." I think he;a great &would recommend him to anyone. However because of his rude ofc manager it's doubtful that we'll go back. BTW, one of my exams was done by an assistant & I feel as thought I was one of her first patients she had ever seen on her own. Terrible exam. It's something that the previous doctor, David Reagan, would have put up with. So disappointed & we both need to be seen; however, if they won't see my husband because of a bill we do not owe, I will find another opthalmologist, even if we have to go to Midlo of Mansfield.
