Dr Horwitz has served as my internist for the past three years. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to compare my current symptoms with both my past office records and my past and current lab tests. She also has proved reliable in referring me to excellent specialists who accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield Federal. When Dr. Horwitz has been unavailable, the other doctors in her practice have been able to see me on short notice. I highly recommend her.
