I had a double biopsy. A radiologist elsewhere (in a different facility) had warned me of the discomfort that comes with this procedure, which made me apprehensive before the visit. When I came in for my visit, I was seen by Dr. Dayna Williams, who was EXTREMELY patient and SO kind. Not only did she answer all of my questions before, during, and after the procedure, but she also walked me through every step, every minute of the procedure. She was extremely gentle and made this experience the absolute best it could have possibly been. She performed the procedure assisted by Glenny Francisco, the mammo technician, and Jameiry Rivos, the medical assistant. These two were JUST AS WONDERFUL and nice, and I could not have felt more comfortable during this visit. I absolutely appreciate all of the staff members and how helpful they were. I would recommend everyone see Dr. Williams. -MK
