Dr.Sowden did everything humanly possible to extend our Mother's life. Other Cardiac Surgeons gave her a zero chance of surviving. My Father insisted someone try, and Dr.Sowden did. She survived. As a result, we had some extra time with her we otherwise would not have had. This gave us a chance to accept the fact we were losing her.
