What Dr Poeltl told me in 2008 is still working. He is the opthalmologist who diagnosed my "Extreme Dry Eye" that was painful & a constant discomfort for me. Dr said EAT A LOT OF BUTTER. I did & I do. My eyes are just fine so I will continue to eat a lot of butter. Thank you Dr Poeltl. You have blessed me with information that has changed my life for the better. geOrgia
