I was very nervous to meet Dr. Gorenberg because of the reviews on this site. I went in with an open mind and prepared myself for an awful experience; it was great. My husband and I both really like him. This is my third pregnancy, he was upfront, straightforward, thorough, and to the point. I never felt pressured, he answered all my questions and was very kind. I had zero issues with him. He isn't all "warm and fuzzy" with you, he is just giving you the facts but reassures you at the same time. I would refer him to anyone looking for fetal medicine.
