We have been with this practice for 27 yr's, Started with Dr's Chatterton and Miller. Dr. Dave Carter is fantastic with babies and up in there teen yr's. He's very attentive and listen's to the patient issues at hand. Hands down, He's one of Broome Counties finest doctor's.
