If I could give more stars I would. I recently had a procedure done at PPSD and I could not be happier! From the initial phone call I made to the day I left after my checkup, I have had the best experience. I was treated with kindness and respect by a very professional group of people. I first spoke with the surgery coordinator, DeLaynee. She was able to get me an appointment the following week which is basically unheard of. DeLaynee was able to get all of the necessary records and clearances needed and I didn't have to jump through any hoops like a lot of other offices. I met with Dr. Freeman and we discussed my procedure and how it would go. He was very easy to talk with and I felt comfortable asking any questions I had. The nurses and the CRNA were great as well. They took very good care of me throughout this procedure and I could not have been in better hands. I was scheduled to be at the clinic at 7a.m. I was there and a nurse came right out to get me.
