Dr. Kroch took the time to do a thorough job on my complex procedure. He could have easily done what other physicians have done and given up. But he persisted and did an excellent job. He also took the time to answer all of my questions in depth, and his answers helped me to understand health issues that I have dealt with for decades. I am very grateful!
