Dr. Kim is the BEST surgeon! He is very professional and highly skilled. At every visit he was friendly, welcoming, well informed about my knee issue, and showed genuine concern for my well-being. His communication skills were top-notch. He explained the robotic surgery and plan of care, both pre and post-op, in detail, easy to understand language, and verified my understanding. He was easygoing and never in a rush, answering any questions. Required to stay in the hospital overnight after surgery, he visited to check on my recovery and reviewed surgery details, which was so reassuring. All processes with OIP were extremely efficient. Never sat in a waiting room very long. Dr. Kim’s team, radiology, and appointment staff were very friendly, available, and ensured all details were understood and questions answered. My post-op recovery says it all - incision is small, minimal scarring, no infection, thriving in Physical Therapy and getting back to life! Thank you !!
