I have seen Dr. Chan but once. His office staff is quite possibly the best human machine that works in unison. Dr. Chan is thorough in his diagnosis and prepared to handle my surgery. I will see his surgical nurse today to receive more detailed information; in preparation of my surgery. The most important thing for me is to have complete confidence in Dr. Chan surgical skills and that his office staff is /will be attentive to perhaps a call from me, a call I would do only if I am in need of Dr. Chan’s help!! After surgery, I will be happy to add to this survey !
