My old doctor retired and I've had one visit with Dr. Au so far, but it was great. It felt like a conversation, he listened to my needs and what works for me and came up with a plan of care that will likely be better for me than before. I like that Dr. Au is relatively young and doesn't seem to do things a certain way just because that's how it's always been done. Overall very pleased so far.
