From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Petersen was amazing. He diagnosed me last year with aggressive thyroid cancer that had gone into my lymph nodes. His rapport, caring nature and competence immediately put me at ease. Following surgery with him, he has continued to see me along and I’ve had the opportunity to get to know him and enjoy his sense of humor. He is a compassionate and caring surgeon. As of last week, I am one year cancer free and I feel fortunate to have fallen under his care.
