How likely are you to recommend Dr. Matthews?
Dr. Matthews had been my pediatric doctor since I was diagnosed in 2002. I recently phased out of Seattle Children's age range, and I couldn't be more upset about it due to the exceptional quality of care I received while I was a patient there. She is patient, good with both kids and adults, responds quickly to questions, and genuinely has all of her patients' (and their families') best interests at heart. We have tried tons of treatments, faced countless complications (due to the unpredictable nature of the disease, not due to Dr. Matthews and the Seattle Children's staff), and made several moves while knowing her and she has handled each one with ease and professionalism. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Since growing up and going to college, I have yet to find a single doctor comparable to her.
