Dr. Hoffman is very good. He recommended treatments for me that no other urologist in 30 years mentioned. He tries different meds or procedures to improve urinary issues. He doesn’t seem to be the guy who ever says, “ I can’t help you”. I like a straightforward doctor and Dr. Hoffman is that. Front desk gentleman is very personable. He always seems upbeat. Love his personality. Nursing assistant could be more friendly. Rather cool lady. Biggest complaint: They are not always perfectly clear about how to prepare for an appointment. ie. “Come with a full bladder”. That can mean different things to different patients. Often elderly people are involved and their hearing or understanding may be lacking.
