UCI needs to do something about the parking.at the facility. It is extremely difficult to find parking even on the top or the fifth floor of the parking structure. On top of that, the elevators take a long time to be available. As a result, I got late for the last two appointments after looking for a parking spot for over half an hour. As if that was not bad enough, the usually slow and unavailable elevators forced me to climb down 5 stories. This is unacceptable. Also, it seems that the entire staff (not the doctor) including the front desk and the nurse, appear to be always hyperventilating, overly stressed and wanting to get rid of you as fast as they can. The front desk staff especially acts rudely & impolitely towards the patients. I understand that they're all pressed for time, but after several visits, it looks like this is a pattern. It is troubling & disturbing to me since, as a patient, I take out a great deal of time & effort to visit UCI, only to see the staff showing me the body language & the attitude that they don't have time to listen to me at all from the start. Thankfully, the doctor is not like that at all. She listens intently to what I have to say & is very patient and respectful. The staff on the other hand, needs to calm down and show a little more patience and respect towards the patients. That would be very helpful.
