Dr. Cohen is very careful when cutting toe nails. I am diabetic so this is important. He is what I call a kind Podiatrist. He doesn't nick the toe near the toe nail and cause a bleeding wound. Takes the time to be careful. He is the only Podiatrist I've been to, who sands the edge of the toe nail when finished so no snags on sox or support hose from rough edges.
