Dr. Czajka can be abrupt - that's what I remembered when I first met him just before surgery after a nearly fatal accident, I hadn't slept in two days and was in a world of pain. I had been thrown 25' through the air. My femur was crushed and broken, my neck was broken. His job was to fix my shoulder. The next time I met him I brought along my wife. You wouldn't know it's the same guy. The incision he made is barely visible (and it's about 4' long). After a minute, I felt comfortable with his 'people skills' at the follow-up meeting. I am very confident that he is the best man for the job. He kind of reminds me of 'Puddy' from Seinfield. Smart guy, cool guy, reminded me of a Greek fraternity 'brother' from college in the '70's. In his defense, Dr. Czajka is a respected EXPERT at what he specializes in. He has to work with really scared people who are in pain. He can't make a single mistake. The trick is to visibly relax as you meet him, the tension evaporates immediately. 5 STAR
