The initial reception we received was warm and friendly and that comfortable atmosphere continued throughout the entire visit. Dr. Jones is professional, knowledgeable, and personable and is very concerned with his patient's overall wellbeing. My mum (patient) is elderly and he took the time to educate both of us by providing the medical and 'layman' terms to ensure that we clearly understood both the situation and the available solutions.I also appreciate his follow-through. Dr. Jones makes sure that his patient is happy with any referral he suggested. Both mum and I are completely satisfied with him and his practice.
