Dr Young is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner but his scheduling assistant can cut you off when speaking--even when attempting to be brief. She is brusque and I'm always scared to deal with her. However, Dr Young is a great professional so I put up with Katie. His nurses are very friendly so that also makes up for Katie.
