Dr Hou explained my shoulder X-rays completely and after checking my range of motion and strength advised me to hang tight on anything invasive - total shoulder replacement is the next step but I have enough strength and range of motion to keep going for a while despite my rotator cuff deficit. Apparently there's not much of it left hence the twinges of pain. I really appreciate his conservative approach to care and his gregarious manner of communication. He suggested I let him 'stay out of my way' and just carry on working out in the pool as I have done for years. I highly recommend him.
