We found Dr. Hess to be very helpful in explaining my diagnosis, the possible treatments and possible side effects. While it was not wonderful information to receive, Dr. Hess was professional yet very caring, helpful and warm. His expertise was evident in the amount of time he spent with me and my wife. He did not rush through his explanations, he wanted to make sure my wife and I understood all that he said. He even mentioned getting a second opinion, and in fact encourage us to do so. That's not necessary as I feel very comfortable in his care.
