  • Dr. Kelly believes that good medical care begins with a great conversation between himself and the patient, so that all symptoms can be addressed and all questions answered. He delivers a personalized approach to testing and management that accounts for quality of life, risk, and goals. He personally performs all office consultations with all of his patients. He also interprets echocardiograms, stress tests, cardiac CT scans, ultrasounds and more.
