My 85 year old mother has incredibly complicated ears. She has seen many doctors over the last 25+ years. Our search for answers has taken us from the hills of South Carolina to Emory in Atlanta. It was not until we met with Dr. Lord in Cumming, Ga. that we found a physician that had the knowledge and expertise to figure out what was wrong. He painstakingly examined her inflamed ears and intricately cleaned them at every visit. He asked and answered many questions. Between regular exams (cleanings), cultures, referrals to infectious disease specialist and lots of patience, Mom’s ears got well. I’m sure none of this sound’s earth shattering to the average person… but from an overwhelmed caregiver of an 11 month old grand baby and elderly mom. It is a blessing!
