We were referred to Dr Levin, he wasn’t accepting patients - sent to office of Dr Daniels and ended up with appt with Dr Le. He was very kind and seemed to be very thorough. He actually listened - which is not always the norm. However, his front desk staff was less than friendly! (not rude but def not welcoming - one spent most of her time reading her cell). How do they know that their smile might be the only one a person gets for the day!?? I would venture to guess that most people going in for appt are in some type of pain or another and could use some kind words and / or a smile.
