I cannot speak to Dr. Kelly's new office, but I can tell you that I have had 15 years experience with my children under Dr. Kelly's care. Because of his expertise, my twin daughters (who were his patients from birth to age 15) have the best vision they possibly can - they started with ROP at birth. He is kind, compassionate, funny, and dedicated to his patients and their families. A huge loss to this area, but Tacoma is gaining a great pedi ophthalmologist.
