I had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Heitzman yesterday. When I called to make my yearly physical appointment as a new patient, the staff at the front desk were so friendly, professional, and helpful, not only on the phone but in person as well. Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member at the front desk who helped make check-in a breeze. I immediately felt at ease with everyone in the office and appreciated Dr. Heitzman’s assistant Sue for her kindness in helping me prepare for my exam. I also appreciated how Dr. Heitzman, patiently listened to my concerns then explained his recommendations in detail including giving very helpful advice and information to take home. Dr. Heitzman is a true professional that is kind, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. My experience at Atlantic Medical Group Primary Care at Rockaway, NJ was a very pleasant one with Dr. Heitzman and the entire staff.
