Dr. Hapner was on duty at Promedica Fostoria Hospital when my 93 yr. old father was taken by EMS to the ER. We could not have received better care. Dr. Hapner was kind and had amazing bedside manner with Dad. Dr. Hapner was an advocate as well as physician and diligently pursued getting Dad to a facility with a neurologist on staff. During COVID it is a difficult process getting patients transferred from one hospital to another. Dr. Hapner did not give up until Dad was transferred to where he could get the care he needed.
