I just had my initial consult with Dr Herzig. My wait time, both in the waiting room and in the consult room, was less than ten minutes. The staff was friendly, efficient and listened to my concerns. Dr Herzig came in and introduced himself, asked about my concerns, goals, history of the issue at hand and then proceeded to explain in detail what my options were, exactly what the procedure entailed and suggested a video that I might watch. I never felt rushed or unimportant. Will use Dr Herzig!
