Patient Reviews
Feb 05, 2022
...however, I have had difficulty when order(s) for test(s) have to be faxed to BID Central Scheduling -- particularly, for an injection I am to have every six months. My appointment was on Thursday and was told the faxes would go out by the end of the day. When I called Central Scheduling that same day, they had no record of them. On Friday, I spoke with the office personnel twice to check on the status of two orders and was assured they were -- or will be taken -- care of, but when I called Central Scheduling, they still had no order and even checked to see if there was anything that hadn't been entered yet. This is not the first time this has happened, and it is quite unsettling as it is important the injection should be done at six-month intervals. When this issue is resolved (hopefully on Monday), it will be many days after I should have had this injection. Needless to say, I'm not looking forward to speaking with the office personnel on Monday.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
