Great Customer Service!!! I was on vacation visiting my parents and had a kidney stone I was struggling to pass. After a trip to the emergency room, it was recommended I reach out to Dr. Christopher Buchanan, I called that morning and they got me in to their office the next morning. Dr. Buchanan was doing another surgery the day I went into his office and I met with his physician assistant Jennifer Erwin who looked over my scans and we discussed a plan which I threw a wrench in because I was flying out in 2 days I told her. She said let me see what I can do, she came back a few minutes later and told me to be at the surgery center tomorrow at 6:30am and we will get you in and get this stone out. I was shocked that they went out of their way to accommodate me since I was not a regular client and I didn’t live local. Surgery was great and the whole team were incredibly professional and courteous. I am so thankful that Dr. Buchanan went above and beyond to do a surgery on a day he doesn’t
