Dr. Charlie Swanson is a reliable, dependable, knowledgeable and caring psychiatrist with an equally terrific staff. If anyone tells you otherwise, listen at your own discretion. The problem lies with people who think they can act anyway they choose without repricussion. Too often, I witness how patients become irate with staff members for the sake of venting frustration. Use of slander and belittlement appears to satisfy an urge to control what otherwise cannot be amicably expressed.
