Dr. Mills is one of the most consummate professional, caring, empathetic humans beings one would be able to meet. Did I mention competent as well. His bedside manner is unsurpassed as far as I am concerned. After 38 years in practice he maintains a zeal for his work that is seldom seen. I can not sing his praises enough.
