I started going to Dr. Wexler rather than to my other (excellent) dentist because she is in midtown Manhattan and he is very close to me (I'm at 158th and Riverside Drive.) I could not have been more pleased with my first visit, which was for replacing a crown. Then, my next visit was for a sort of "overhang" in the enamel of my left front tooth -- the result of decades of wear after I cracked said tooth in an elementary-school fall. OMG OMG, he did a beyond-perfect job!! It's like a brand-new tooth! I am 82, and in repairing the tooth he covered up all the erosion of decades of use of said tooth. I've been very lucky in my teeth over the course of my 9 decades of life -- I have all of my original teeth (albeit with a couple of caps) -- and I intend to make Dr. Wexler my dentist for the rest of my life. His receptionist, Marsha, is terrific, too.
