Office staff very pleasant and professional. There was a mixup of the scheduling system and I drove a long way to get to the 26 mile Road office. However the staff was very understanding and pleasant with me and as well as the doctor. Everyone was apologetic nothing personal. It was a system error . Dr listen to my concerns and treated accordingly. Very pleased with the care from this office
