Was referred to Dr Ugalde for an urgent wisdom tooth extraction. He was eager to help, and not pushy at all. He did exactly what I said I wanted. My first experience with wisdom tooth extraction was with a dentist and it was borderline traumatizing. With Dr Ugalde it was simple and fast. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. I had very little pain and discomfort in the days after, as well. Couldn't have had a better experience.
