In my experience, you can count on the nurses and PAs to do the personal stuff (talking, listening) and the physicians to do the rushing (treating while in a hurry). Delgado doesn't rush. He listens and responds with genuine interest and concern, and treats with skill and empathy. I've only had one appointment, but was very pleased with that appointment. Pleased enough to write this.
