Dr. May, whom I had never met before, did a painless root canal for me. Dr. Tillman kept putting it off for months. I was so impressed with Dr. May that I will choose to see him from now on (if the unprofessional office manager will allow it to be scheduled). The staff have not followed through on a periodontal referral he wants me to have. The staff could use some workshops on office demeanor and customer service.
