My name is Victoria Hawkins I'm 60 years old, on February 11th 2020 I had my 1st visit with Dr. Bridgit Joseph. I have many physical & emotional health problems. Upon arriving I didn't tell anyone about my emotional state of mind at that time. I went here and ended up having a bad emotional breakdown. And had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. Dr. Joseph, Naudia(front desk) and Janelle MA. They ALL WENT ABOVE & BEYOND their scope of duties to help me get the care that I needed. They didn't treat me like just another numbered patient, going in and out a revolving door. They treated me like I was important and that my life mattered. I was scared, agitated, paranoid, depressed & thinking about suicide. I felt like I couldn't go on anymore. But I thank GOD that he got our paths to cross this day. A whole lot happened that day, bottom line is they saved my LIFE. If they had not reconized that I was in serious emotional trouble. I wouldn't be here today. Thank u my 3 Angels .
