I went to Dr Brent for swelling knuckles. Other Ortho Docs found nothing, one wanted to due exploritory surgery. Dr Brent examined the joints took an xray looked at an mri and said wait a minute. He diagnosed something totally different and scheduled some blood tests. He suspected something else and prescribed a med. Looks like he is on the right path so far. Thanks Dr Brent, you have my vote
