Dr. Welsh is an outstanding doctor who gives of himself 100 percent. I will always be grateful to him for his compassion, kindness, and concern for my well-being. I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and the best professional care. The care he has given me comes from his heart. I am saddened that he is retiring. I Love you Dr. Welsh.
