My experience with the Dr was fine, I needed a lot of work done and we created a dental plan, I have great insurance, but was going to have to pay out of pocket much more. His assistant was the one who went and spoke with office manager and they approved. 1st appt= 1 root canal and 2 crowns. When checking out, female at desk said that will be 877.00 today. Not what we had agreed on, and now they are holding my permanent crowns hostage, until bill is paid in full. I do not believe Dr is aware!
