A caring and knowledgeable physician it's hard to find, especially in a mandated Home Health visit. Dr Deschner was not only knowledgeable put helped me to understand some of the health issues I was having at that time. The only complaint that I have is that she was not available for my 2024 Home Health visit, which is obviously not her fault.
