I had a visit yesterday with Dr. Lallande and left feeling heard and understood. She spent a good enough time listening, making suggestions for better management of my health and educating me on how my current health habits may be increasing my health risks. It was a very good visit, I originally only had to see her to get my meds refilled, but I ended up benefiting a lot from that visit. Strongly recommend you see Dr. Lallande. She had an important insight regarding one of my children also, so I'll be acting on that.
