Dr. Lopez is great. Went for my annual visit. This was my second attempt.... the prior attempt I waited over an hour to even be put in a room. I had communicated before going that I had to be somewhere at a certain time and front desk assured me it was fine. I left that visit without being seen. Recently went again and it was much more timely. Dr. Lopez answered all my questions. I believe the scheduling is a problem, which may be dictated by the institution... have to see so many patients, etc. Their office is antiquated and could use a makeover. Again, that is out of her control. She is a wonderful physician. Her office staff is great!
