I was diagnosed with needing treatment from a periodontist with severe bone loss in my upper jaw. While the needles to numb me up wasn't pleasant to say the least, it wasn't worse then I have ever experienced prior by any other dentist. I spent about an hour in the chair while he worked on me ensuring I was in minimal to no pain which i was. Dr Geenstein explained the procedure along the way. His staff assistant was also reassuring and comforting and the office staff was informative and accommodating. My only advice is.. ask questions and dont be afraid to ask him to repeat himself as he speaks kind of quickly. I couldn't recommend him anymore as I felt at all levels of my interactions with him and his staff were always my best interest. Bottom line, if you need an EXCELLENT periodontist this is your Dr.
