I first saw Dr. Basim as my usual dentist wasn't available on that day. He is thorough, gentle and has a great personality and bedside manner-which is so important for me to return. There's nothing worse than getting berated for failing to manage my dental health. Today, he got me in the chair as soon as he could with a slight emergency without a long wait and makes me feel confident of his expertise. He fixed me!
