I have been a patient of Dr. Rifai’s for 13 years. In that time I have never been displeased with Dr. Rifai as she is very competent with diagnosing and treating patients including being up to date on new treatments. She is very easy to talk to, caring and compassionate. As I often tell her, “She is the best.”
